Walbridge Aldinger

Milan has a full understanding of the construction process from start to

finish and is familiar with all OSHA safety/environmental requirements as

well as EM-385. His QA/QC responsibilities include reviewing work plans and

submittals for the entire project team. Milan is also responsible for

overseeing start-up and testing of facilities systems; drawings,

specifications and RFI generation and contractor adherence to same. Milan

develops key communication and reporting with architect/engineers,

subcontractors and customer teams. Duties also include coordinating site

inspections with testing lab representatives; and adherence to the

Construction Quality Control processes as define by the Contract Documents

for the project.

Milan has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, 20 of

which he owned and managed his own Mechanical / General Construction

Company doing large construction projects as a Quality Control Manager and

Project Manager. Over the course of his career, Milan has performed as

Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Project

Coordinator. Milan's experience includes both General Contracting and

Mechanical Contracting. Milan has lead the development, implementation and

maintenance of Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Programs, and ensuring

overall system reliability by creating standards of performance, defining

systems metrics, and establishing Quality Control tests.

As a QC Manager, Milan leads regular field inspections of the site,

executes the Three Phase Control process for each definable feature of work

and leads the QC team on the project.
