Compiled a database for the staff and created, maintained a website of the

Gathered simulated dataset to map Nitrous Oxide emission changes over 7 year

Developed an application to work in ArcGIS and online that graphs statistical

data for each selected raster layer in an overlapping set at any specified

region and coordinate system.

Led a project that allows online users to obtain crop yield prediction data

based on agricultural factors and region boundaries that they specify. (Willing

to demonstrate work upon request).

Conducted analysis and reviewed raw data from GC&EO expeditions to Ghana, to

track the Buruli virus in West Africa.

Other Projects and Experience

Applied atmospheric and topographic correction to aerial images (CosT model) and

processed various multiband enhancements (such as Tasseled Cap transformations).

Collected spectral reflectance measurements and interpreted the spectral

signatures. Observed vegetation, soil, and water reflectance patterns, and

computed Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI).

Land surveying tasks: recorded exact coordinates of targets using Garmin and

Trimble GPS in the field. Uploaded and processed the data with spatial analysis

software (satellite image overlay, buffers and other vector digitization).
