QUALIFICATIONS

I have seven years clerical experience in dealing with in house personnel

and the public over the phone to resolve their billing questions, monthly

statement, setting up payment arrangements and sending delinquent account

90-120 day old accounts to collections. I have also drafted appeal letters

to insurance company in disputing a medical claim for non-payment or

underpayment.

external and internal personnel and affiliated entities on a regular

basis.
