OBJECTIVE
I want to be the man that God intends for me to be, in the place he has set
for me, in the time he has for me to use my God-given talents and abilities
most effectively in leading out in service to one another, service to
others, who then will join with us in ministering to many others along the
way.
My past work experience and some of my skills include Ordained Minister,
Teaching, Leadership Training and Development of Small Groups, Management,
Customer Service, Inventory Management, Sales, Event Planning, Audio and
Video Production, Photographer and Videographer. I have also led numerous
volunteer and mission teams at home and overseas.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
CHAPLAIN, City of Collierville Police Department. Assist the leadership
of the City of Collierville Police Department in counseling and inspiration
of the Police Department as well as being available in critical crisis
situations including youth and married adult abuse counseling and placement
if needed.
TSSAA HIGH SCHOOL UMPIRE, Official High School umpire for Memphis Area High
Schools including Girls' Softball, Boy's Baseball, Boy's and Girl's
Basketball, and Girl's Volleyball. Also certified ASA umpire including
City of Memphis Leagues.
ASSOCIATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE II, Cellular South. Sales Representative of
Cellular Phone service, phones, and accessories. Responsible for sales,
customer service, Inventory, opening and closing of store including closing
out the receipts for the day.
INVENTORY MANAGER, ServiceMaster by Cornerstone. Managed Inventory for
Fire Restoration Department. Supervised furniture-cleaning crew. Total
inventory in and out of residences or business due to fire damage. Oversee
complete refurbishing and return of inventory to customers.
RECREATION ASSISTANT

First Baptist Church, Collierville, Tennessee.
Recreation Assistant through office management, directing activities for
children, youth and adults. Planning, preparing, and implementing new
activities and procedures for the Ministry of Recreation. Open to public.
Work with a ministry team of Minister of Recreation, Office staff, Personal
Trainers, and regular walk-ins for physical workouts. Phone work including
calling all participants during seasonal events including leadership,
coaches, parents, and participants for follow-up. Recently helped set-up
and implement a new proximity card System for the Recreation Center. Lead
regular Devotional times with walk-in Basketball players daily.

follow-up on contracts and submittals for all projects. Also set-up the
company for computer use for record keeping, contracts, transmittal

Managed Special Events including "Super Bowl" Parties with special
Spiritual Emphasis at halftime. Iron Bowl Games even included on the ABC
Broadcast for what kind of alternative we were doing to bring into the
church many whom had never been. Over300+ Single Adults involved actively.

Dawson Memorial Baptist Church, Birmingham, Alabama
Served as the Minister to Single Adults ages ranging from 20 to 80,
including College Students and Senior Adults. Over 400+ Single Adults
involved actively. Supervised 25-30 in Leadership Training and Development
including small group leaders. Involved with the TV Ministry and
communications as well as instrumentalist for various ministries. Led in
numerous mission opportunities including an overseas trip to visit and also
work through Outside Evangelistic Efforts
MINISTER OF MEDIA / TV PRODUCTION

Involved as a representative of the Discovery Broadcast Network. Involved
in presenting, managing, and commencing the seminars and conferences from
youth to adult whether in the fellowship hall or the Sanctuary. 20-25 Hours
of video and audio production a week. Managed 210 Churches subscribing to
the Discovery Broadcast Network. Reviewed all programming for changes to
be made to become a better program on a weekly basis. This includes video
and audio recording of events, duplication and distribution of all media
for participants as well as orders placed through the bookstore. New media
efforts, maintaining equipment for complete operation, planning for future
media events including Christian Life Convention. Website maintenance,
direction, and updating. Developed, Produced, and Directed "Live
Streaming" of Training Seminars over the Internet.
JUNIOR HIGH YOUTH DIRECTOR, ASSOCIATE OUTREACH DIRECTOR, AUDIO ENGINEER,

Position created out of a need for a specialized and well-balanced ministry
for Junior High Students. Increased enrollment from 50-225 in two years.
Implemented weekly home bible studies and small group leadership.
Responsible for all youth ministry from 7th and 9th grade students
including: directing a Sunday school program, recruitment and teacher
training - staff of 27 Adults, fellowships, organized recreational and
sports activities special retreats and trips for spiritual renewal.
