Provide support to the Vice-President of IT and IT department (72

employees) with various duties including coordinating meetings, travel

arrangements, and monthly budget reports. Tracking of accounts payables and

the support staff. Duties included payroll of all employees using ADP,

accounts payables and receivables, counting money and depositing receipts

daily. A file was kept for every day's activity in the areas of Pro Shop,

Concessions, public skating, and daily ice payments. Coordinated all figure

skating (events and classes) and hockey programs. Secured ice contracts to

make sure every hour was utilized to its fullest. Great client relationship
