Hired to maintain several key business accounts for maintaining accuracy of
billing structures. Generate and audit reports to reconcile tax and pre-tax
information matches to the e-Client file. Also responsible for creating
customize reports based on pre-determined customer's requirements.
Additional duties consist of the following:
> Maintain customer contracts (Bank of America, SAP, CITI Group) manage all
customer reports. 3 MILLON DOLLAR monthly revenue.
> Research and resolve internal inquires related to billing methodology and
procedure.
> Ensure invoices are billed accurately for services at contracted rates
and proactively address all discrepancies in a timely manner. Identify
unauthorized charges. Claim disputes with vendors as necessary, and
manage to resolution.
> Ensure invoices are consistently paid on a monthly basis, and validate
status of past due balances carried forward on any invoice. Research and
resolve customer and internal department inquiries related to billing
methodology and procedure.
> Proactively handle all internal customer requests or inquiries
courteously, accurately, and expediently.
> Manage Vlook-up to see what accounts billed from one month to the next
> Manage Pivot tables to compare customer's invoice and looking to see what
drove the revenue up or down.
