for the UH-60M helicopter for the Department of State project. Using
Microsoft Office and Tech Illustrator, .developed these manuals on the
External Rescue Hoist and SkyTrac Satcom Systems.

Contract Compliance Management System Database Administrator/Trainer,

Performed database administrator duties. Using a SQL database and SeeSOR
Contract Compliance software, tracked Quality Assurance processes and
inspection data for NASA Sites to self-inspect site processes. This
identified defects and documented corrective actions.
Designed and implemented Quality Processes to complete development of
Quality Assurance plans on the NASA Protective Services Contract.
Managed over 1000 NASA Protective Services Quality Assurance Plans using
a Web-based quality performance tool to reduce inspection variability
allowing NASA Sites to perform self-inspections according to NASA
Processes.
Led team of four developers for Quality Assurance Plan development to
meet NASA Protective Services Performance Work Statement requirements.
Developed and trained processes for all 13 sites to follow and update
Quality Assurance and Corrective Action reports.
Created and managed SharePoint data repository using asp.net, XML, and
MOSS for HTML displays. We used this vehicle for technical documentation
supporting all NASA Protective Services functional areas.
Extracted self-inspections results and corrective action plan data using
Crystal Reports for management analysis and evaluation.
