Analyzed, repaired, tested and implemented computer software programs and hardware for major commercial clients as a Field Service

Representative. Worked closely with customers including Home Depot, Target, Harris-Teeter, Pep Boys, Wachovia and more. Performed basic

day-to-day system administration tasks, installation of new customer software releases, and system upgrades. Installed wired and wireless

networks and removed virus and spyware. Worked closely with end-users and senior management staff/clients to research and identify

problems and solutions within systems. Provided general troubleshooting on customer workstations, created user accounts, maintained data

files, and monitored system configuration to ensure data integrity. Performed hardware maintenance and repairs with vendors/clients. Ensured
