Process Analyst 2000 to 2001
< User Acceptance Test Lead for a multi-million dollar integrated
technology solution for a large regional telecom company in the
southeast. Created all test scripts and plans on-site with the Client
over an 8 month period. All pertinent test scenarios were composed in
collaboration with the Director of Operations on the Client side in a
very successful manner. Test scripts were deemed so accurate that they

Recently Completed Projects
< Delivered ground breaking, first to market, OTC IT solution to Fortune
10 big box retailer. Duties included Pre Sales Consulting, ISO
specification gap analysis, requirement gathering, and Project
Management. Worked directly with the leadership from both the Retailer
and their POS Vendor throughout the project. Project exceeded
expectations due to the 1 month development and deployment timeline by
being delivered on time and within budget.
< Integrated a large new United Kingdom merchant onto our transaction
processing platform in a two month time frame (typical implementation is
160 days). Supported European Sales Team in a consultative manner and
engineered custom integration solution to compensate for merchant's
Point of Sale deficiencies.
< Implemented new American Express product with Fortune 5 big box retailer
that would allow their Point of Sale to authorize and reload American
Express cards. Worked directly with retailer leadership and American
Express leadership to get project delivered on time and within budget.
< Key Scrum member of a team that delivered a new Enterprise level Back
Office solution with the following components: ETL, GUI, Data
Warehouse, Business Intelligence. My duties included ETL Testing, GUI
and BI requirement gathering, and Process Engineering..
< Project Manager on a project to create standard guidelines and templates
for migrating legacy platform customers onto the next generation
processing platform. The result of the project granted Consultants and
Project Manager's the ability to identify IT and Operations current
state (legacy) and future state (next GEN) milestones.
< Co-Authored a new Merchant "Tool Kit" that included a Merchant
Integration Guide (MIG), Merchant Integration Questionnaire (MIQ),
Standard Use Cases, integration Best Practices, ISO Messaging
Specification and Developers Guide. Tool Kit expedited the Merchant on-
boarding process by 31%, allowing the company to transition clients onto
our platform faster and recognize revenue quicker.
< Led project that brought the company into compliance with both SOX and
CISP. Project goals were to eliminate any risk exposure and identify
any process inefficiencies with internal credit card processing.
Resulting application solution was successfully integrated with existing
billing system to account for invoice cancellations and/or partial order
refunding.
< Engineered entire enterprise reporting structure within the CRM to the
satisfaction of all key business units (Sales, Marketing, Finance and
Accounting). Worked with key subject matter experts to set expectations
for enterprise reporting standards.
< Active participant in Japanese "Kaizen" (JAD) sessions to identify,
isolate and eliminate business process waste allowing the enterprise to
execute more effectively in the marketplace. The Sales Team was able to
reduce paperwork by over 30%. Defective orders were reduced by over
30%. Correct call routing was increased by 25%. Accurate invoicing was
increased 18%.
