2003 (Company has split- now United Petroleum, Inc.) As a store manager,
worked to achieve customer satisfaction with service and products. As a
maintenance administrator, assigned daily work to crews, outsourcing jobs
to contractors as necessary, did follow-up calls on special problems. Also
did store visits for evaluations of conditions, morale, customer service,
personnel safety. Kept records of all service work in computer spread
programs.
