promoted and relocated me from my position in Columbia, SC to Indianapolis,
IN in May of 2000'. The recruiting function included developing nationwide
sourcing and staffing strategies, cold-call, networking and Internet
recruiting from entry level through Sales and Operations Management and
Human Resources administration. I also developed and facilitated numerous
training courses in recruiting and interviewing instruction.

insurance agency and company management. I was responsible for the

positions for multiple departments in the company and Human Resources
Generalist duties. I recruited for all levels of Sales, software
developers, insurance consultants, finance accounting candidates for
positions up to and including management level. Utilized cold-calling,
networking and Internet recruiting and spoke at student graduations in
colleges and universities throughout South Carolina. In January of 1998' I
was promoted to fully staff and support a new, satellite office for PMSC in
Charlotte, NC.

CPC was a full-cycle Recruiting firm specializing in the insurance
industry. I recruited both Sales and Operations candidates. I was on
straight commission, cold-calling candidates at their work and marketing
them to clients. I was the top Recruiter at the agency after 6 months of
employment here and then 2 years later I was promoted to Recruiting
Manager, supervising 5 other Recruiters.
