from my location. I took care of any an all customer complaints. My store had 100% CSI (customer
service index). Managed the loan process by dealing directly with the credit underwriters getting the
loans approved and then processed all paperwork for loan closings and closed the loans at my location.
Also have a property and casualty insurance license, and general life insurance license, which I sold to the
homeowners and added premiums into the loans. Motivated all sales staff to sale in order to meet goals
