and French Lessons training tools. I motivate my

and communicate their progress with both Macy's
and Lancome management. I partner with teams to
develop strategies to gain market share over
competitors, increase percentage of skincare
business and plan events to enhance the overall

events. I worked with my team to reconnect with
lost clients and to truly enhance their experience
at the counter by focusing on customer service and
building client relationships. As a team we
successfully executed outsourcing events that
added to our daily sales and helped us reach out
to new clients. When I began working as Counter
Manager, in July of 06, our counter was in a $20K
deficit. By February 1, 2007 we had picked up
$70K, ending the year in a plus 10%. This success
was achieved by: recruiting the best BA's,
holding the team accountable for making daily
sales goals, executing successful Beauty Team
Events, tracking each BA's progress by utilizing
the daily sales sheet and DBR, holding BA's
accountable for selling 3 pieces of skincare per
day, making 3 follow up calls per day and doing 3
makeup applications per day, sitting every
customer down and linking skincare to makeup
purchases.
