solutions to production and tooling problems.

Monitor daily operations to ensure processes are being followed accurately

and efficiently.

Coordinate daily with the US teams to give them an undiluted vision of

projects and "Current Reality".

Develop new production processes, more efficient production methods, and

highly accurate tool designs.

Initiated and developed production changes to Oakley products to meet new

quality specifications in only two weeks time, helping LaFrance become

Oakley's vendor of the year.
