OBJECTIVE: Hands on field experienced professional, wanting to hold a

challenging a position in the Health, Safety and

Environmental fields for a company that will extend

the opportunity to exercise my knowledge of

construction / job safety, environmental safety

/compliance, emergency response, and training to

accomplish the mutual goals of an accident - injury

. HSE site lead for Safety, HazMat, Medical, and Vector

. HSE liaison to the military and multiple contractors

and Sub-Contractors

. Conduct worksite inspections: Construction, O & M, and

services (Fueling, ROWPU, Laundry, etc to insure

compliance with project policies, OSHA, EM-385, NFPA,

and EPA regulations

. Conduct facility inspections (Man Camps, Craft shops,

MWR, DFac, ROWPU, etc and follow-up for corrective

actions.

. Assist with daily operations of Man Camp (military &

Contractor) safety issues and concerns

. Perform injury /accident investigations to include:

vehicular, ON and Off job injuries and environmental

releases to determine root causes in order to prevent

reoccurrences

. Conduct training for KBR, Subcontract, and Military

personnel

. Coordinate Flight Operations and Logistical support

for personnel, equipment, and supply movement

. Assist management with safety evaluations from project

start up through completion and work as liaison

between management and employees during construction.

. Conduct specialized projects and assignments as

directed by management

Operations, and Security Departments during and after

all emergency situations to include, but not limited

to mortar and rocket attacks, IDF, and heightened

threat levels
