EXPERIENCE
Tree Tops Resort, Front Desk Clerk, Gatlinburg, TN 7/2010 – Present
• Involved in all aspects of resort front desk activities. Guest check-ins and outs, phone reservations,
customer service. Computer input including reservations, maintenance requests.

Senior Tax Clerk 3/2005 – 6/2010
• Began as an entry-level tax clerk and quickly advanced to senior level.
• The first four years with Broward County were in the Automobile Registration and Title Division
working directly with title clerks at automobile dealerships.
• Due to county budget cuts, transferred to the Delinquent Property Tax Division, where I quickly
learned all aspects of tax certificates, tax deeds, and tax deed sales. I have become proficient in the
use of the tax division’s computer system (Taxsys).
Lifetouch School Portraits, Preschool Division
Lead Photographer 10/1996 – 12/2004
• Responsibilities included photographing children in their preschool, along with the retention and
scheduling of those schools.
• As a lead photographer was also responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new
photographers.
SKILLS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• In many of the positions I have held, worked directly with customers. I have developed excellent
customer service skills and have a great rapport with people.
• I have developed skills in several computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Very flexible. Changed positions in current job as the needs of the company changed, adapted
quickly and with competency in the new position.
• After successfully losing weight and keeping it off for more than a year, I have recently completed a
training program to lead Weight Watcher meetings. This involves mentoring and motivating other
people seeking to change their habits and behaviors regarding food and healthier lifestyles.
• While with Lifetouch, I won many awards for my portraiture, school retention, and portrait sales
average.
• Have been a freelance photographer since 1985. Work has included photographing events and selling
my photos as framed artwork. From 2008-2010 volunteered as photographer for Broward County
Humane Society’s Walk for the Animals event.
• Attentive to details. While working as a photographer I was trained to be attentive to physical details.
When I worked for Broward County I also found I was great at picking up any
discrepancies/problems to account details.
