Satterwhite Log Homes -Designer
Responsibilities include meeting with customers to develop custom home
plans to meet their needs. Further responsibilities include modification of
existing plans to meet customer needs and developing new model home
plans.
Texas A&M University Physical Plant - Planning and Estimating
Responsibilities included planning and estimating 85% of projects involving
in house work crews. These projects range from landscape renovation,
sidewalk repair, correcting drainage problems, to new construction. The
role as a Planner Estimator has included project management, designing,
construction management, inspection, and serving as a liaison between the
user and the Physical Plant.
On all of the projects necessary support was provided to complete the
projects from start to finish. This has included site development,
estimating, construction documentation, and materials procurement. The
dollar value for these projects was $714,000.00
Another responsibility was to provide estimating support for various users
to attain funds to renovate landscaping or to construct new projects.
Texas A&M University Physical Plant - Engineering and Design Services
Responsibilities included developing site plans for some new buildings on
campus. These responsibilities include meeting with the user and developing
all documentation for the construction of these projects.
LADY AGGIE SOFTBALL FIELD - Project involved the relocation of the Lady
Aggie Softball Field. $500,000.00
PLANT BIOTECHNOLOGY CENTER - Designed landscape and irrigation for this new
facility. $50,000.00
