Cherokee Renovations - Owner 12/07 to Present
The objective is to work with small business to update their reporting with
current Microsoft reports & correspondence including: word, excel, and
power point.
We have been able to update spreadsheets, professionalize correspondence,
and provide creative advertising - especially for small real estate firms
and resort properties in North Central Arkansas. We have also written
business plans for potential start-up entities.
Other Company capabilities include: all types of home maintenance, auto
refurbishing, landscaping, tree - trimming and other requests as needed.
Bennett Solutions 07/06 to

Account Manager
Worked with CPG companies calling on Wal-Mart & Sam's Club to design
displays and POP to optimize sales of their products.
We also networked with ad agencies such as The Agency, Mar's Advertising,
and Saatchi & Saatchi X to develop projects sold by them.
Saputo Cheese USA Inc. - Region Manager 06/03 to
04/06
I was responsible for communication of all sales objectives to a 135 -
member retail team calling on Wal-Mart Super Centers. The reports included
but were not limited to: zero sales reports, new item launch - speed-to-
shelf reports and authorized distribution lists for over 55 cheese & dairy
products.
My responsibilities also included headquarter sales calls at Sam's Club in
Puerto Rico and Sam's Specialty Cheese U.S.A Bentonville, Arkansas.
I was named to a team of 10 people responsible for introducing 9 items into
Wal-Mart Mexico. My responsibility included setting up new item sheets and
translating English to Spanish and English measurements to metric.
Saputo's nine new items were accepted.
Results: In the first 6 months of employment utilizing updated reports to
the retail field team, increased distribution by 3.5% gaining approximately
2.5 mm dollars in annual sales.
Quaker Foods & Beverage - 10/01 to 10/02
Account Executive/ Wal-Mart Regional Sales
The Goal was to develop presentations and communicate opportunities for
sales growth on everyday items to senior store operations personnel at Wal-
Mart including Division and Region Vice Presidents.
Key objectives included gaining an Operations VPI for 2002, reinforcing
KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) such as market defense, merchandising
improvement, and store-of-the community initiatives.
Results: Gained a VPI on New Gatorade Gallons with one of six Divisional
Vice Presidents and one of 36 Regional Vice Presidents representing $8 mm+
incremental sales volume.

Senior Sales Manager & Senior Business Manager (dual role)
As Senior Sales Manager, I managed 10 district managers and 120 Territory
Managers nationally calling on Wal-Mart Supercenters. We tripled our
revenue during the 3 years I managed the retail team.
As Senior Business Manager, I managed commissioned sales dollars in excess
of 3.5 mm dollars representing major CPG companies including Ken's Salad
Dressing, Saputo Cheese, The Dannon Company, Pictsweet Vegetables, Quaker
Foods and Clorox Household.
(The above companies had sales in excess of 2 Billion dollars at Wal-Mart
Supercenter)
> My responsibilities as SBM included: line reviews, presentations for
new business, monthly sales plans and retail visits with senior
account managers.
> My responsibilities as SSM included identifying and promoting new
DM's, coordinating sales meetings, handling personnel issues,
capability presentations to potential new business and budget
management in excess of 2 mm.
Crossmark Bentonville, AR 8/90 to 10/98
TSM to SBM over 9 years - I started my career at Cross Mark as a TSM
calling on 104 stores in 5 states and was promoted to several personnel
management positions before being promoted to an Account Executive position
in January of 1996. I also was part of a team that helped to set over 100
Wal-Mart Supercenters when Wal-Mart opened their own warehouses.
During my 9 years at Crossmark, I was a member of the Special Markets
Division, which was focused on sales and merchandising in Wal-Mart, Wal-
Mart Supercenters and Sam's Club for major CPG companies. Our revenue grew
120% in 9 years.
Jones Nissan & Jordan Enterprises NLR, AR 5/85 to 5/89
I worked as a Sales Manager for both Jones Nissan and the Aamco Corporation
(dba Jordan Enterprises). I was fortunate to be trained in many sales and
marketing techniques that have served me well to this day.
