Mechanical Engineer (Contract) - Engineering Division

Involving experimentation the FSS Program (Flat Sequence

Systems). Collected and analyzed the design of a mail (magazine)

quality stacking tray and recommend design modification as

needed. Integrated the design of a Bell & Howell Labeler

prototype unit for the FSS system. As well as a Mail Anthrax-

Detection Unit, both for an automated mail sorting machine.

Collaborated with the drafting department to document these

designs. Machines were designed and built for the United States

Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Using Pro-E wildfire ver. 2. and

AutoCAD 2004

Designed mechanism using in optical laser transfer signal,

fixture, tooling for DWDM, FWDM, ADD & DROP, Coupler for optical

wide bandwidth products using in fiber optical networking

system. Using Solidworks 2002 and responsibility CAD system for

engineering department.

Designed tooling, fixture, sub-assembly of the automated pick

and place for slider and row inspection, measurement and probing

and writing of a disk drive head of laptop and desktop

computers. Using 3D solid modeling Solidworks CAD an AutoCAD
