Chemistry/Biochemistry

and analysis for various microorganisms such as Kirby Bauer
test, using measurement of zones with minimum inhibitory
concentration to determine the antibiotics to which organism
is more susceptible and those highly resistant, and Broth
Dilution Procedure, which provides an quantitative information
of lowest concentration of antibiotic required for complete
inhibition or destruction of bacterial growth.
* Performed microbiological media and test systems, including:
preparation of various medias, use and maintenance of
autoclaves, isolating colonies, maintaining pure cultures,
using biochemical test media, and accurately recording
microscopic observations.
