Project Description

Amerigas/UGI is one of the leading Propane gas supply in the US with global

business, the landscape here has ECC 6.0, FI, SD.0GSD, BI7.0, SolMan4.0.

The OS is Win 2003 64bit and the database is Oracle. All systems had a 4-

system landscape.

Responsibilities/ Deliverables

- The systems were copied to a sandbox environment and testing the

new releases.

- The primary deliverables were troubleshooting of issues with the

FI/SD systems during new releases.

- The tax calculations were handled by an external tax ware system

called Sabrix and the integration between these systems needed to be fine-

tuned.

- The ECC6.0 system is also undergoing testing phase and needed

some trouble-shooting which was carried out.

- Red Wood Server job scheduling and maintenance.

- Maintenance operations on the R3 and BI system on a regular

basis.

- Troubleshooting issues with the ICF services, ICM, etc

- Planning and carrying out transports into the systems.
