data during batch process. Sampling and interacting with QC lab.

Chemical Column Operator: (Safety Kleen Inc.) Responsible for operation

of chemical distillation columns involved in the recycling of liquid solvents

and concentrated liquid pharmaceutical product. Operation and monitoring of

thermal oxidizer and operation of high pressure boilers. Keeping precise run

logs during batch run process. Offloading tank wagons. Sampling and

interacting with QC lab.

Chemical Operator: (OMG Fidelity Chemical) Responsible for

•

production of metal concentrates. Handling and charging of raw materials.

Operation of reactors transfer pumps, vacuum pumps, mixing and filtration

equipment. Following SOP and ISO procedures. Sampling, labeling, packing,

and drumming of finished product. Forklift operation as required.

Pumphouse Operator 1st Class/Dockman: (Kinder Morgan) Responsible

•

for safe quality unloading and offloading of various chemical and petroleum

bulk parcels to and from storage tanks. Manual tank gauging and inventory of

products. Keeping batch logs. Loading and offloading of tank wagons and

railcars. Sampling. Interacting with dock personnel to load and offload

marine barges and ships. Perform routine dock inspection and maintenance.

Perform manifold and hose lineups. Gauging of barges and ships. Perform

and keep record of company and Coast Guard required inspections of dock,

barges and ships. Operation of marine vapor recovery system. Communicate

with and coordinate petroleum pipeline shipments to and from the terminal

with connecting shippers, petroleum inspectors, and US Customs personnel.

Deliveryman/Gauger: (Buckeye Pipeline Co.) Responsible for

•

coordinating, monitoring, and safe handling of bulk finished petroleum

products to and from storage tanks. Perform manifold manual and auto valve

lineups. Gauging of tanks. Sampling and testing of products.

Communicating with connecting shippers and petroleum inspectors
