Maintenance Procedures Writer - Updating and creating all required
procedures for the Maintenance Department of the largest Methanol Plant in
the world.
June 2008 to August 2009 Fluor Enterprises Sugar Land, TX
Site Manager - Managed the construction of 123 pipe rack modules at the
DII facility in Lake Charles, LA for the TOTAL Deep Conversion Project in
Port Arthur, TX.
Area Manager - Managing HCU/LEU construction operations on $900M EPCM
capital project at Valero in Norco, LA until project was cancelled in
February 2009 due to economics.
Site Manger - Managed "Coke Drum Replacement" project at Valero in
Wilmington, CA until it was postponed to 2010 due to economics.
2007 - 2008 Project Services, Inc. Tomball, Texas
Operations Manager - Hired to manage multiple projects on gas plants in
Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Texas. Responsible for establishing
operations procedures and to standardize Company operations. PSI is a
small construction company formed in February, 2007.
1998 - 2007 AES Terneuzen Engineering The Netherlands
Owner Representative / Site Manager - Established and administered Project
Controls. Prepared and coordinated contracts with construction companies
from Germany, Belgium, France, England and Italy on a 630 MW gas-fired,
combined cycle cogeneration facility, a $650 million AES Elsta Power Plant
in Terneuzen, The Netherlands. Prepared the Maintenance program covering
routine maintenance and turnarounds and managed it with ASK, dv out of
Brussels, Belgium.
1996 - 1998 S & B Engineers and Constructors, LTD Houston, Texas
Construction Manager - Successfully completed a $156 million dollar project
for Chevron, USA in Cedar Bayou, Texas. Transferred to Baton Rouge,
Louisiana to work with S & B's "sister company" (Process Services, Inc.) to
perform constructability during the engineering of a MDI unit for Rubicon,
Inc., a subsidiary of ICI America.
1994 - 1996 Gulf States, Inc. Houston, Texas
Construction Manager - Served in the Houston Division Office managing
construction and turnaround projects in the surrounding Houston area. At
the request of the owner, Jim Linford, I opened an office in the Beaumont,
Texas area and managed all operations, from sales to execution to
commissioning.
