Owner/Entrepreneur Crave Designs, Dublin, OH 2006-Present
Initially launched a home d cor retail store by progressively seizing
expansion opportunities. First conceptualized the business opportunity as
in-home sales, which were so well-received that a storefront was rented to
accommodate the demand. The store was initially opened monthly for product
shows and eventually daily as product demand and sales continued to grow.
Rented a storefront 3 times as large as new product lines were introduced
and loyal clientele grew. Sales doubled annually until an unfortunate event
in which construction severely limited customer accessibility and caused a
severe decline in customer traffic. As a result the brick and mortar store
front was closed and re-opened as yet another innovative concept as an
ebusiness. Utilized expertise in business development including market
research, market analysis, product/market trends, and key clients and
adaptability to adverse market conditions to effectively target customers
and markets and optimize the earning potential and sustainability of the
business venture.
Territory Manager Onecoast/Ivan Bloom, Chicago, IL 2004-2006
Singlehandedly managed a territory that included more than 300 customers
covering Central Ohio. Sold furniture, home d cor, art, and bath & body

existing customers while introducing a number of product lines that were
not previously offered in Ohio.

consists of 5 Sales Representatives and is a family-owned business venture.

Launched a business selling kitchen cookware and gadgets in an in-home

business practices in training and mentoring new recruits and as a result
one recruit was so successful that the income generated from Pampered Chef
became the main and only income for her family. Chosen by the Director to
