WORK HISTORY
2007-PRESENT Assembly Supervisor TemporaryResources, Inc.
Supervise up to 65 employees in the
assembly of promotional materials for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co.
Responsible for all aspects of the assembly process, quality
control, production record keeping, employee discipline, and
employee moral. Plant is Carolina STAR Safety certified and I
was the team leader over production and administrative
ergonomics. Plant has worked over 3.1 million hours without a
lost time or serious accident.
2005-2007 Manufacturing/Quality Manager Pennco Inc.
Start up 2nd and 3rd shifts in the
manufacturing of windows. Act as process engineer at new
product start up. Handle all customer quality concerns.
Track schedule attainment and machine downtime. Act as
engineering and maintenance on off shifts.

Lead and direct a crew of 50 non-union
personnel in the manufacturing of trim molding for the
automotive industry. These duties include 5 extrusion lines,
8 finish lines, maintenance, quality and shipping and
receiving. Also writing and revising standard operating
procedures and quality standards. Schedule production and
preventive maintenance. Act as Production and Quality
Manager at new product startup in Japan.

manufactured rubber products used primarily in the automotive

most efficient manner possible. I am responsible for the
inspection of final product to insure quality workmanship.
