visit schedules and logistics in advance of bi-lateral meetings
. Wrote, designed and oversaw the installation of a permanent "lobby

and evolution

conferences at DOE bringing all communicators (over 25+) together to

DOE's implementation of the Energy Policy Act that was also circulated

including the State Funeral of Gerald R. Ford; two RNC Conventions;
