visit schedules and logistics in advance of bi-lateral meetings

. Wrote, designed and oversaw the installation of a permanent "lobby

display" at the Department of Energy(DOE) that chronicled its history

and evolution

. Developed and implemented a series of complex-wide external affairs

conferences at DOE bringing all communicators (over 25+) together to

share best practices and insure consistent messaging

Communications / Public Relations

. Extensive experience in writing sales, investor / marketing materials,

and press releases; media relations; message development; speech

editing

. Researched, wrote and published a comprehensive report to Congress on

DOE's implementation of the Energy Policy Act that was also circulated

to corporate stakeholders

. Contributed in crisis management in the aftermath of 2 security

breaches at Los Alamos Lab

. Provided daily PR oversight and message development for the offices of

Science, Fossil Energy, Intelligence / Counter Intelligence and the

NNSA at DOE overseeing a public affairs staff of 15

. Led new program rollout; managed press conferences and events for the

Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Energy

. Served as a member of the teams that produced many large scale events

including the State Funeral of Gerald R. Ford; two RNC Conventions;

the Inaugurals of Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush; Erik Lindbergh's

commemorative flight from New York to Paris; the St. Louis Art
