marketability to the struggling team.

ST. CHARLES TITANS FOOTBALL LEAGUE, St. Charles, Missouri
2002 - 2009
Volunteer Youth Football Coach, Board Member
• As Defensive Coordinator, developed a unique, highly successful 3-5 defense which allowed a league record 7
points scored for the entire 2007 season. We taught the motto, “If they can’t score, they can’t win.”
• Successfully taught this complex defense (more than 50 unique play calls) to youth from eight- to 14-years old.
• As Offensive Coordinator, successfully developed and taught a “hybrid” offense containing more than 250
unique play calls.
• The Titans just finished their final season before entering High School. The team has not lost a regular season
game in the past four years and has a league Championship title, with an overall record of 47-6.
• Served as the Fund-Raising Chair on the league board. Raised more than $40,000 in one season to upgrade
helmets, equipment and pay for operating costs.
• Found this to be one of the most rewarding activities I have ever experienced.
