. I am a Project Manager that understands the "Project Management Life

Cycle" with the extensive knowledge and experience in the construction

management, engineering/architectural design, and cost estimating

direct project site design execution and resolving site issues that

projects including but not limited to: Marketing, project management,

project direction, project design, scheduling of support staff, and

handling communications with government leaders, and public hearings.

. Evaluate the projects including the engineering design with respect to

construction This evaluation also allowed for a more affective

payment process of actual change orders required to meet design to
