. Previous experience providing administrative assistance.

. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Lotus and Outlook.

. The ability to prioritize work assignments, handle

multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines while working

independently in a strong team environment.

. Extremely oriented towards attention and details;

flexible with strong interpersonal skills.

. Advanced organizational, analytical, communication and

coordination abilities; strong oral and written

communication skills.

. General clerical abilities, including (but not limited

to): typing, file management and document control,

information compilation, editing and proofreading,

maintaining filing system.

. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

and maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive

information.
