all aspects of the merger.

Responsible for the accounting department of 20 employees. Supervise

monthly, quarterly and annual close and related 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K filings.

Maintain oversight of legal activity, banking relations, investor

relations and Company's self funded worker's compensation insurance
