also delt with not so nice customers in situations. In part, this job taught me how to deal with

I work in an inbound call center assisting customers with their wireless needs, such as, billing,
changing plans and features on their account, processing payments, multi-tasking between
talking on the phones and navigating over ten different systems, from call to call. I helped
customers by trouble shooting there wireless device, transferring to different departments to
resolve customer’s needs. I also sold TV, Internet, and home phone services to fit customer’s
needs.
