I preformed management duties, such as counting deposits for my shift, over crew positioning,

opened and closed store. I also delegated duties, as well as performing such duties as, cashier,

kitchen duties, and cleaning duties.

At this job I was able to meet the different varity of people. I worked with nice customer, and

also delt with not so nice customers in situations. In part, this job taught me how to deal with

upset customers. I learned that if I did not make them happy, by the time they walked out that

door, we would lose business, plus money that helped guarantee jobs for all of us.

changing plans and features on their account, processing payments, multi-tasking between

talking on the phones and navigating over ten different systems, from call to call. I helped

resolve customer’s needs. I also sold TV, Internet, and home phone services to fit customer’s

needs.
