Superior Home Care specializes in Home Healthcare, Palliative care along

with Private Duty aide and staffing

Reporting to the President, I was hired to develop marketing strategies,

train employees, develop, design brochures and PP presentations.

Designed marketing plan for the partnership of the private duty services

operation, compliant with HIPPA and Government Regulations. Plan included

strategies for training, reporting, and guidance of over 80 current

employees.

Developed incentive pay structures, designed spreadsheets for business

development and data reporting.

Scouted and recruited a Medical Director for Superior and scouted and

partnered house doctors with facilities.

Applied and secured multiple Physician and Hospital contracts for home

healthcare and Private Duty services.

Applied and secured several PT and OT outsource contracts as well as

personal insurance companies

Received and reported healthcare information from Physicians, Hospitals,

Facilities including plan of care, insurance information for approvals, DME

The Cedars is a nonprofit corporation including Nursing Facility, Assisted

Living, Hospice, Home Healthcare, Private Duty aide services and staffing.

I was initially recruited by the Executive Director to focus on two areas.

The first was to transition the sales organization into a proactive and

consultative selling group working under the pre certification of Tracibld

Healthcare Marketing plan. The second was to drive new account acquisition

by meeting and maintaining new accounts by meeting with referral managers

and Physicians. Tripled solid book of business contacts within a year

spanning 4 counties.

Each month I exceeded corporate expectations by 78% growing census to

135/month average. Consistently won salesman of the month bonus starting in

second month of employment.

Designed, developed marketing book encompassing all company services. Also

redesigned several brochures, flyers all designed separately and

specifically to target audiences.

Guided all departments into brainstorming and developing a traveling

information healthfair highlighting company services including guest

speakers covering health care topics.

Trained and developed sales and marketers through mentoring, shadowing each

phase of company services, and friendly competition goals.

Hosted CEU training events to the community and healthcare providers

Focusqwest Physical Therapy was a start-up company in Philadelphia growing

into the Pittsburgh market specializing in physical, occupational therapy.

Business Development, reporting to the CEO, I was brought in at the

inception of the Pittsburgh sector to create a community

awareness and acceptance of this physical therapy group.

Instituted a set of sales methodologies designed to measure the performance

of the direct sales against company objectives that include formalized

forecasting procedures, quarterly quotas with accountability, pipeline

growth, in-depth account analysis and strategy and a compensation program

designed to drive new account acquisition.

While building the sales organization, Marketing concentration was

localized within a 20 mile radius to Physicians, Hospitals, and
