in implementing electronic medical records, and sixteen plus years
providing medical care to patients in various healthcare settings as a
registered nurse. Experience in all phases of implementation with

Three hospital (academic level one trauma center, community and critical
access) forty six clinic system across two states
. Implemented successfully, on schedule and under budget an 18 million
dollar, twenty two primary clinics and twenty specialty clinics from
paper to Epic Ambulatory electronic medical record.
. Implemented successfully, on schedule and on budget three hospital
radiology departments and nine off site radiology services areas from
IDX to Epic Radiant
. Successfully completed two upgrades one upgrade moved two versions
. Responsible for strategic planning for all Epic applications

standardization for production support and implementations for the
system
. Manage 20 full time analysis, coordinators, project managers
