Drafting/Architectural drawings and plans, contract negotiations and finalization, management of supervisors and employees. In charge
of managing day to day operations, scheduling, inspections, accounting, sales and marketing, and all phases of management.
Construction Consultant and Inspector.
I am from time to time hired as a construction consultant by various lawyers, companies and property owners to conduct independent
inspections in order to evaluate site progress and various disputes and to resolve issues/problems. Periodically I have also been called in
to make final judgments between contact disputes.
