Operate construction company including commercial and residential construction. All construction per Florida Building Code.

Drafting/Architectural drawings and plans, contract negotiations and finalization, management of supervisors and employees. In charge

of managing day to day operations, scheduling, inspections, accounting, sales and marketing, and all phases of management.

Construction Consultant and Inspector.

I am from time to time hired as a construction consultant by various lawyers, companies and property owners to conduct independent

inspections in order to evaluate site progress and various disputes and to resolve issues/problems. Periodically I have also been called in

to make final judgments between contact disputes.

1997 - 2003 Legend Construction & Development Company, Inc.

Executive Director Operations

Operated Legend Construction in all phases of operation. My role was Operations Director in charge of all administrative duties

including all cost controls, budgets, personnel management, training, all safety programs & implementations and loss controls. Also

finalized all contracts and job site specifications including daily site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Operated a remodeling and restoration business; commercial and residential properties. Remodeling included all aspects of remodeling;

plans/design, framing, tile, drywall, cabinetry, carpentry, ceilings, insulation, windows and doors, etc.

Opened and operated two unique restaurants and won all awards offered by the Florida Restaurant Association in 1994 & 1995: All (5)

Five First Place Awards. Including Best of the Best. First perfect score ever! Sold both restaurants in 1996.
