location of 11/0.4KV distribution transformers and planned 0.4KV

distribution networks.

. Designed 33/11KV area substations and 33KV Transmission lines in

Nepal. The task included survey and load estimation of the area,

detailed route alignment of the lines, transmission line sag and

tension calculations, selection of conductors, poles and other power

equipment, configuration and cost estimations.

. Expertise in symmetrical components, per-unit calculations, one line

diagram and short-circuit calculations.

. Experienced with the maintaining and testing of substation equipment,

including switchgear, power transformers, instrument

transformers(PT,CT), protecting relays, capacitor banks, grounding

systems etc.

. Provided engineering assistance to Architects and Computer Operators

to ensure that all data are documented, engineered, and processed in a

timely manner.

maintenance zone, electrical clearance and component of substation.

. Design of less than 66KV substation and Transmission Line Design using

. Electrical design of power plant for Nyam Nyam River. Task included

head, power generation calculation, turbine selection, fore-bay,

penstock, transformer, transmission line route selection

. Programmed Software for analyzing the following parameters:

Transmission line voltage, analysis of conductor size, line

resistance, sag and tension, voltage regulation, span, corona loss,

type of insulator, puncture voltage, spark over voltage and power

factor.

. Performed final year project work on "A detail design of three phase

pulse width modulation inverter".

. Performed energy audit of the Electrical Engineering building of the

Institute of engineering.

. Designed 100 KVA, 50 Hz, 11000/400 V, Single Phase, Core type, Oil

immersed and natural cooled Distribution Transformer.
