Procedures, and DHC Property Insurance requirement resulting in an
average annual savings of $180,000
. Analyzed Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Public Housing Authority
(PHA) Property Insurance Requirements from prior Quality Housing and Work
Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998 to rectify them with current Asset
Based Management Model, resulting in an average annual savings of
$180,000 to DHC
. Organized independent audit to separate DHC owned telecommunication
services and facilities from City of Detroit, moved DHC to cooperative
Purchases agreement via State of Michigan MI-Deal program, resulting in
annual savings over $200,000.

Representative for contacts with other agencies at the local, state and
