Professional with a BS in Human Services Management, currently working on an MA in Adult
Education experienced in accounts receivable and accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and

operations of office automation equipment. Proficient with various professional computer

military deployments, organized military equipment and supplies to ensure no shortages
during deployment for upwards of 500 to 1,000 persons. Executed a strategic plan for
organizing, purchasing, and maintaining each stage, five stages of 130 homes, gaining
cooperation and participation from all key construction groups; integrated planning for
upcoming projects and bids. Utilizing all outside resources for recruiting, accounting,
organizing, advertising, budgeting, staffing, and training.
Problem Solving: Adept at crisis and conflict management with strength in problem solving.
Led turn around of military inventory department to a 9.9 readiness rating versus a 7.0
high prior to my leadership. Ensured organization of loan paperwork leading to
compliance and timeliness, minimizing client loan failure/loan fraud, and gaining company
recognition through higher profits, proficiency, and law compliancy. Created,
implemented, and enforced standard operating procedures and regulations for Dine-In
37-40 independent contractors, resulting in a high standard of conduct and excellent
customer service.

project or mission in others. Set standards of performance and initiative at Western
Plastics Customer Service Department, turning around years of chaos and poor
organization, establishing a successful department. Acted as senior loan officer, working
with staff and clients of the entire loan industry, to establish a reputable and profitable
organization that was a successful and enjoyable work environment. Received many
Number One Loan Officer of the Month/Year awards inspiring the same goals of
achievement in others.
