Experience:

Nov. 2007 - May 2012 Exar Corporation

. Set up EG 2001, EG4090 probers and M310MGR/GSI

trimmer machine and SE-probe wafer mapper.

. Knows a little bit of Oracle- to track lots in and

out, splitting lots,scrapping and creating lots.

. QC -check for bridging,scratches,misaligned probe

marks,ink dots,edge sensor damaged,particles on

bonding pads and etc.

. Run the said machines and perform duties in the

production floor.

. Perform Lead position and supervise the floor in the

absence of the supervisor.

Mar. 1988 - Nov. 2007 Sipex Corporation

. Set up and operate EG2001 and KLA wafer sort

machines.

1979 - Mar. 1988 - Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

. Set up and operate LTX, MCT and TERADYNE test

systems.
