open enrollment and started annual benefits fair resulting in improved

. Provided leadership during a time of change and growth; Westminster

Village underwent $25 million renovation and expansion project, which

added 71 independent apartments, 24 patio homes, and converted

independent apartments to licensed assisted living; resulted in a new

dining venue, an additional licensed nursing area and created a need

for 40 additional FTE's.

. Identified need for reorganization of company's management structure;

worked with a HR consulting firm to implement these changes, in

addition to updating job descriptions, performance evaluation process

and created a formal wage structure; negotiated with consultant for a

flat rate fee for the entire project, saved the company thousands of

dollars off original quote.

. Led HR initiative during a successful re-accreditation survey with

CARF-CCAC (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-

Continuing Care Accreditation Commission).

. Served as a resource for managers and staff to promote positive

employee relations; employee turnover was reduced 20 - 25% during my

tenure.

. Aggressively monitored worker's compensation claims; reduced annual

claims paid by $17,000 in a one year period by establishing the

were reduced 25% in two years.

. Reduced annual recruitment advertising expense from an average of
