Objective To secure a position as an L.PN working in a

Hospice setting, assisted living facility or

doctor's office for 30-40 hours a week.

Employment 1996- 2009- Community Hospice-From 1996-2003 Charge

Nurse 3-11 Sundays and Home care as needed.

Duties include taking care of patients in the home

and at Hadlow Center and being in charge of staff.

From 2003-2009- Night shift floor nurse on

inpatient unit. Duties included taking care of six

patients and working in a team setting. Hospice

has developed into a skilled nursing setting and

enables me to maintain my nursing skills. I am a

proficient team worker, work well with patients and

families and have excellent time management skills.

! 986- 1996- Surgical Nurse for Dr. Berdy. Duties

included pre-op preparation, assisting in surgical

procedures and taking care of the patient post

operatively.

Baptist Medical Center- 1980-1986- Worked on

surgical floor and in the float pool covering

almost any floor in the hospital.

Education Bucks County Technical School of Practical Nursing

1978 Original license in Pennsylvania. Current

license in state of Florida.

Summary of My nursing experience over the years has given me

qualifications many skills, including I.V. certification, working

well with patients and families in home and

facility settings, and adapting to my patients ever

changing needs. I work well as part of a team but

can also function with little supervision.
