* Global Test Strategist - NorthGate Arinso:

. Providing Global Automation Test Strategy for NorthGate's Team of

150+ testers in Malaysia and the Philippines.

. Developed rollout plan for the company wide implementation of BPT

(Business Process Testing) for automated Functional Testing

. In the process of setting up a Global Center of Excellence for

Performance Testing utilizing HP's Performance Center.

* Engineering Manager - Aspect Enterprise Solutions

. UK / Russian based company that writes commodities trading software

was looking to expand operations to Malaysia and setup a development

/ testing center in KL. I was tasked to make that happen. During

the contract period I achieved the following:

. Incorporated Company, acquired MSC Status, setup Operations

Procedures and Office.

. Developed Support team with the ability to independently handle

level 1, 2 and 3 support request for all customers in South East

Asia.

. Hired / Mentored / Trained testing team to provide automated testing

services for commodities trading software.

. Developed custom keyword based automated testing framework based up

on Watir (Web Automation Testing in Ruby)

. Setup secondary development team to work hand in hand with main

(BRPT) for their customer in the Middle East, utilizing C#, Arc Objects

.NET, and the Arc SDE C API. The following was accomplished:

. Work was done 100% off-site/unsupervised and was delivered on time and

well within budget.

. Delivered complete unit test suite that achieved 80% code coverage and

drastically reduced the number of bugs in the software.

. Maintained high average turn around times (< 1 day) for bug fixes and

change requests.

. Developed custom wrappers utilizing p/Invoke and cross platform

marshalling to allow the Arc SDE C API to be accessed from .NET

components as if it was native code.

. Solution was developed with Visual Studio 2005 and .NET Framework 2.0

development project for Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority. Jeremy

Johnson worked with me as a subcontractor. His work was instrumental to

the success of the project. Jeremy was provided a requirements document,

and he developed a comprehensive design and completed the programming well

within the allocated schedule. The software components he delivered were

well factored, well coded, stood up to extensive testing, and required only
