Conduct initial test and acceptance of Local Exchange Carriers circuits, which include but are not

limited to T1, T3 and DS0 circuits. Test and verify managed services for customers with US Signal

field techs on site. Build, design, disconnect and provision T1 and T3 transport circuits.

Troubleshoot transport and data problems on new and existing circuits. Designing, implementing,

coordinating and building transport T1 and DS3 circuits locally and across state lines. Designed,

configured, troubleshot MPLS in inter-state network. Conducted configuration and troubleshooting

on Cisco and Adtran components. Perform fault isolation and remote testing using Digital

Lightwave ASA 312 and NIC test heads, tellabs 5500 NGX DCS, Adtran 2820/2800 & Telect

MIX56 MUX equipment, and Cisco 15454, 15600 and MSTP maintenance and PM functions for

atmosphere control and ventilation. Emergency diesel engine, refrigeration plant, trim and drain

system, plumbing and ship’s control surfaces. In charge of quality assurance program for

division which entailed subsafe (vital to ship’s operation and crew safety) and level one

(hazardous) components. I originated, coordinated and organized controlled work packages for

vital ship’s systems and components. I supervised and trained personnel.
