• 1/09 – Present Associate Director - Human Resources - With the promotion to Associate Director I took on the responsibility of Site HR Leader for Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in St. Louis. I oversee the HR strategy for the business units at the St. Louis location and work with HR staff in St. Louis and HR partners from other locations to ensure effective Human Capital management. This includes strategic HR leadership and change management, organizational development, project management, talent management, employee relations, etc.

• 1/04 – 1/09 Senior Manager - Human Resources - With this promotion to Senior Manager I began to also manage the Total Rewards function and staff for all FPI employees in the US and Puerto Rico. These include Compensation, Equity, Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Worker’s Compensation, LTC, 401(k), DCP, EAP, FSA, HSA, and Personal Property.
