Possess basic knowledge about Chromatography, Animal cell culture, Microbiology and Fermentation Techniques.

Currently, I am working as Quality Control Officer at Richcore Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. {September 2012 – Present (12 months)}

I have 6 months of work experience in Upstream & Downstream processing - Q.C. & R&D Department at BIOCON, Bangalore. My Industrial experience has offered me an opportunity to work in the following areas:

* Purification of Biosimilars (Insulin Glargine), by Preparative Reverse Phase - HPLC.

.

* Assessing Quantity and Purity of Biosimilars (Insulin Glargin) by using Analytical Reverse Phase - HPLC.

* Seed Inoculum development for fermentation of non recombinant fungi, streptomycetes and bacteria in 100L, 1KL, 10KL and 100KL Bioreactors, in order to produce Statins.

* Sampling of Fermenter In-Process and its Quality Checking.

* Working aseptically in ISO 14644 Class 4 Bio-Safety Cabinet and Clean Room.
