Duties:

Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners and

personal computers

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems,

either manually or using computer

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical

accuracy, and proper codes

Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform

calculations and produce documents

Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers
