Raw Material Procurement Manager/Inventory Controller II (2010-Present)

. In charge of quarterly and year-end inventories for raw and pack

material, while maintaining same duties for finished goods inventory.

Cycle count items at end of runs to assure that there are no unexpected

large variances and manage quarterly inventory.

. Managed the purchasing of all the raw ingredients needed for the

production in the bakery. Maintained adequate inventory levels using

MRP, while keeping short shelf life product spoilage to near zero.

Managed stock rotation while keeping inventory levels at or below budget.

. Headed a Kaizan team that reduced inventory costs for cheese.

Implemented and utilized a Kanban system when ordering cheese to keep

costs down while maintaining adequate inventory levels for bakery.

Finished Goods Inventory and Shift Supervisor (2007-2010)

inventory entered in SAP for bakery production. Investigated

discrepancies through various report comparisons and by physical cycle

count. Created an Excel spreadsheet that contained all possible

variables.

PPE and GMPs to assure safety and proficiency. Resolved issues between

production and warehouse as needed.
