2007: Internship as Tourist guide at the “International Centre for Culture and
leisure” Tozeur TUNISIA in which I dealt with different nationalities tourists
and guests.
2008: Internship at hotel “les Dunes” as receptionist and then as administrator
in human resources department and in archives department (July _ august)
2012: Administrator in the different departments of at the national radio of tunis
establishment in the international canal April_May
2012: working in a book store as stock responsible and dealing with the supplier
about the quantities required, the date of the delivery of the items. (goods
out/goods in)”June_December”
Since JUANUARY 2013 till now am working as sales associates in Q Home
décor Abu Dhabi UAE.
In which, my task is mainly customer services because it needs to handle
customer complaints and helping customer to figure out his needs throught
giving details and more sufficient information about the item that he will
purchase, fixing delivery dates, make sure that all the conditions are available
and suitable for the item to be delivered in good status to the customer.
And also am in charge of preparing room sheets and price tags for all the new
items either it is furniture or household.
