P roject / Planning Management

P reparing / coordinating / monitoring of project schedules including engineering issues; handling

mobilization scheduling for new projects.

Responsible for attending clients in all respects regarding execution & billing issues along with L1, L2, L3

Scheduling.

Assessing the resources planning, coordination with Engineers, Clients with detailed analysis on

execution and material mobilization scheduling.

Billing

Accountable for monthly billing. (With all support documents preparation); reconciliation. (Contract

C losing) and maintaining control registers.

Monitoring and verification of sub-contractors claim on bill.

Technical & Commercial Operations

Coordinating with contractors with regard to techno-commercial negotiations, quoting tenders,

collection review & analysis of tender, cost review and consignment verification.

Responsible for attending meetings (Technical & commercial) accompanied with companies.

Monitoring drawings along with erection till BOP (Balance of Plant).

Data Collection & Reporting the Progress Daily, Weekly & Monthly to the Clients and to Back

Office.

P reparation of Control Budget for the assigned projects.

Resource allocation as per the control budget.
