As a partial fulfillment of my masters degree I have done dissertation on
"Characterization of protease from marine bacterial species" from
SelvammResearchInstitute(01/12/2007 - 30/02/2008)
Objective:
To isolate protease-producing microorganism from marine water, tidal
float soil and sea floor soil by plated on modified skim milk agar medium
and Zobell marine agar medium. Further, the isolated bacterial species is
identified by microscopic, biochemical characteristics and 16RNA
analysis.
