management process into ongoing projects, most notably the $178 million

license renewal effort, establishing financial control of the project. $48

million Fukushima renovations recently added. Used COGNOS financial

management program and wrote Change Orders and Requisitions in Asset Suite.

Monitored financial status for up to 18 projects, including cash flow and

cost reporting. Wrote ad-hoc reports in Excel and COGNOS. Lost position

due to company downsizing.

Spectra Energy, Houston TX. February 2011 - June 2011 Cost Engineer

Temporary contract position with Spectra Energy NJ, $1 billion project

natural gas pipeline from New Jersey to Manhattan for Con Ed. Worked

refining cash flow, synching with project schedule. Set up change order

log, helped write changes to match budget to estimates. Ad hoc reporting as

assigned. Extensive use of Excel.

Joseph Jingoli & Son, Lawrenceville, NJ. April 2009 - August 2010 Cost

Engineer

Second project at Astoria Power Expansion in Queens, NY. Responsible for

cost reporting and change management for $71 million underground phase of

project. Heavy report writing. Utilize Timberline program. Wrote change

requests, change orders, Purchase Orders and subcontracts. Successfully

closed out project. Laid off due to lack of ongoing project work.

Tishman Speyer Properties, Real Estate Developer, New York, NY

February 2006 - February 2009 Project Controller

Project Controller for core & shell phase of Goldman project and Two

Alliance Development Project. Prepared loan draws and loan derivative swap

payments. Maintained equity to loan ratios, cost reports, project budgets

and general ledger. Assisted with a wide variety of financial statements.

Laid off due to lack of construction work and financial difficulties at

Expedition to track project progress and changes, write and respond to RFIs

and FCMs. Manage clerical staff for payroll functions, cost reporting and

contact changes. Responsible for insurance and bonding status of all

subcontractors, monthly AIA billings and subcontract administration.

Manage all site IT and communications functions. Finished project then

joined Tishman Speyer.

J. Fletcher Creamer & Sons, Hackensack, NJ March 2004 - February 2005

Cost Engineer

Cost Engineering for two projects. Administered all job costs using

Explorer database. On-site productivity studies of problem areas of

projects, giving management advanced notification of developing

profitability issues.

Bethlehem Energy Center power plant renovation. Managed AIA billings,

collections, payroll & personnel records. Wrote P.O.s for site purchasing.

Used Primavera Expedition to track project progress and changes, write and

respond to RFIs and FCMs. On completion of project was recommended to JF

Creamer by Durr.
